Dirty Old Town (4.3%)

This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters.

On the 25th January 1915, songwriter Ewan McCall was born in Salford. One of his most famous songs - Dirty Old Town - is believed to have been written with Salford in mind. This beer was brewed using Goldings hops.
