Birthday Beer (4.3%)

This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters.

Seventh of the Salford Series - July. This beer was brewed to mark the fifth birthday of the Brewery - currently the only brewery in Salford! The beer was launched at the New Oxford, Bexley Square in Salford.
