This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters.

Ninth of the Salford Series - September. This beer was brewed to mark the worst flooding in Salford in over 250 years. The River Irwell burst its banks on 20th September 1946.
