Sparked Out (4.3%)

This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters.

This is the third in the series, brewed using Green Bullet and Amarillo hops. The event it marks in Salford is the demolition of Agecroft Power Station on 31st March 1993.
