Salford’s Star (4.3%)

This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters.

(Previously called Doctor’s Orders.) This beer was brewed to mark the fact that actor Christopher Eccleston was born in Salford on 6th February 1964. The hops used for this beer were Willamette and Styrian.
